On selected evenings, Casa El Colibrí offers shared dinners for pilgrims who wish to gather around the table at the end of the day. These dinners are an invitation to slow down, share food and enjoy good company in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
Dinners are homemade and prepared with care, using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. Each meal is hearty and comforting, tailored to the needs of the pilgrim, and includes local wine and a simple dessert to round off the evening.

A Fusion of Traditions and Travel
The dishes we serve combine different influences: traditional Spanish recipes, flavors from the owner's life in the southeastern United States and proposals inspired by travels around the world.
The menus usually include elaborate rice dishes, chicken or fish dishes, fresh homemade pasta and slow-cooked stews on colder days, always with the aim of offering complete and nutritious meals.
Everything is prepared on the spot, with fresh ingredients and the care of someone who cooks for special guests. The result is abundant, comforting dishes, designed to recover energy after a day on the road.
